Yonkers Partners in Education (YPIE) Scholarship
Direct Admissions Scholarship Opportunity*
In order to be considered for the scholarship, students must:
- Graduate from a Yonkers Public School
- Be admitted through the YPIE Direct Admissions Program
- Major in one of the following eligible programs (see below)
- Complete and submit FAFSA and TAP applications and be eligible for a Pell and/or TAP award.
- Renewable up to four years for students who continue to meet institutional scholarship requirements.
Eligible Majors
Students pursuing BFA, MusB, Creative Writing BA, and the Visual Arts BS degree programs are not eligible for the YPIE Scholarship. The Art+Design, Dance, Film, Music, and Theatre Arts programs provide talent scholarships.
Award Amount
• $1,500
Deadline
Apply for admission by April 1, 2026, to be considered for the scholarship.
All students admitted through the YPIE Direct Admission Program who meet the criteria will be considered.
