The Future is Math, Tech, and More
To study math at Purchase is to study computing, the Internet, data structures, finance, AI, abstract vector spaces, and origami. Numbers touch everything; so does mathematics.
Pick Your Path
The program is designed to introduce the principal areas of mathematics and computer science with an emphasis on applications. You choose upper-level elective courses based on your preferences. Interested in programming careers? Take Data Structures and Scripting for the Web. Interested in mathematics? Take courses in Number Theory and Numerical Analysis.
