New Residence Hall
The new residence hall, Wayback, will hold 300 beds, set up in suite-style arrangements. Each suite will include two single rooms, one double room, a common space, and a bathroom. Wayback will house upper-class students beginning in August 2019.
Designed with comfort in mind, the building will feature a bike room, game room, laundry room, a community kitchen, and plenty of space to study. The entire building will also be key-less, allowing residents to enter the building, their suite and bedrooms by utilizing their ID card.
Construction Timeline
We anticipate the ground breaking and construction to begin in early March of 2018.
Our goal is to have the exterior of the building built and capped with a roof between September and November 2018.
Occupancy of Wayback will begin in August 2019.
Wayback will be built behind Fort Awesome and Outback.
Please review the schematic depiction of the location of the temporary fencing that is being erected around the construction site.
