We offer many types of visits—you choose based on your schedule and interests.

Virtual Information Sessions & Student Chat
For a general overview of Purchase College, its academic programs, and life on campus, we offer Information Sessions. All are welcome to attend. This session is geared towards our Liberal Arts & Sciences Programs as well as our School of the Arts programs.
Once the information session is completed, hear from current students about what student life is all about at Purchase!
Our Admissions Counselors are here to answer you questions Monday - Friday from 1:00pm - 5:00pm (EST). We use Zoom for these chats. So join the chat today!
Virtual Chats with Current Students
We have set up online live video chats with some of our student ambassadors. Students can log in to ask questions about Purchase College, student life, and find out what happens on campus.
Our transfer team is here to answer your questions one-on-one if you like. Just register for a time on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursdays and we will call you to answer you Transfer questions.
Virtual Counselor Appointments
We understand that you may have questions and getting to campus is not an option at this time. We want you to know that we are here for you. Let us know how we can alleviate some of your concerns and questions with an individual appointment. We can schedule appointments to take place over the phone, via video call, or even through email and texting; whatever works best for you!
Admissions interviews are not mandatory, but we do offer you the opportunity to have an interview with one of our admissions counselors. An interview will allow you to tell us more about yourself than can typically be expressed in a written application, and may help the admissions committee make a more informed decision about your enrollment.
Interview appointments can be over the phone, online chat, or through email. We generally offer these appointments on weekdays throughout the year. You should schedule an interview after you have submitted an application for admission. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an appointment.

In response to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking measures to help ensure the health and safety of our current and prospective students.
We have cancelled all in-person admissions events for the remainder of the semester as a precaution. We will monitor the situation closely and provide relevant updates on new opportunities for prospective and accepted students to engage with us in the weeks ahead.
In the interim, we will offer remote accepted student programming and enhanced video content and are always happy to address student needs via email or phone/video appointments.
