Unified Messaging is available to to all faculty, staff, and resident students who have a campus voice mail box.
What is “Unified Messaging”?
With Unified Messaging, voice mail messages are delivered to your e-mail inbox as sound file attachments (as well as being delivered to your telephone in the traditional manner). You can listen to your voice mail messages from any computer with speakers, on or off campus. You may also listen to your voice mail from any telephone.
Unified Messaging makes it easier and more convenient to access your voice mail from on or off campus.
To sign up for Unified Messaging, please contact the CTS helpdesk at 914-251-6465 or submit a request through the CTS Work Order System. You will need to provide your name and campus voice mailbox number. Your account will be set up within one day and instructions on the initialization and use of the system will be e-mailed to you.
