Broadcast Email Templates
Broadcast emails are an effective way to communicate important information to the campus community.
CTS creates and maintains the templates used for these emails once a request is made.
Required Steps to Begin Process
Secure header graphic that meets the following requirements:
- 700 pixels in width
- .jpg (not .png)

Accessible Text
- Only necessary text for branding should be included.
- Use legible fonts and a high contrast ratio of text to background.
Identify templates to archive.
For each new template, identify at least one template to be archived. This prevents the number of templates from growing unnecessarily.
Open a work order requesting a BEM template.
- Provide the group the template is for.
- Provide date needed by.
