The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining the official academic record and ensuring its integrity, accuracy, and security. The office administers key academic processes, including grading, registration, course scheduling, classroom assignments, Degree Progress Reports, transfer credit, enrollment verification, transcript services, diplomas, and degree certification.
Office of Student Financial Services
The Office of Student Financial Services (SFS) is committed to providing Purchase students with guidance in the application process for federal, state, and campus-based financial aid and scholarships, and the process in paying for their college education. In addition, the SFS staff is fully qualified to assist students and their families in developing financial plans in paying for this extraordinary investment in their future—their college education.
The Office of Student Financial Services handles the following:

- Federal and state financial aid programs, student and parent loans
- Scholarships
- Payment plans
