Academic integrity standards, including the official policy and sanctions for violations, can be found in Section A of the  Student Code of Conduct

Academic integrity cases are handled by faculty via the Academic Standards and Awards Committee, not the Office of Community Standards. Alleged violations of the academic integrity standards must be reported to the chair of the Academic Integrity Committee, following the procedures outlined on the pages below.
