Get your Moodle courses ready for the Fall 2022 semester by joining a Moodle Basics Virtual Drop-In Session:

  • CANCELLED - Monday, August 22, 10:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-4:00pm
  • Friday, August 26, 10:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-4:00pm

Drop-in for assistance with Moodle basic topics including how to upload course content, set up the course Attendance activity, set up your Zoom dashboard, create assignments, and more!

These drop-in Moodle Basics help sessions will not cover D2L Brightspace. You can keep up with our migration plans to D2L Brightspace at the Moodle to Brightspace Migration page.

Purchase College-affiliated Zoom Account Details

You must join from your Purchase College-affiliated Zoom account. If you have not yet setup your Zoom account to use Purchase’s Single Sign-on (your Purchase username and password), please see CTS’ Single-Sign-On Instructions for Zoom page.

If you do not yet have your Purchase College account credentials or need to change your password, visit the Online Account Activation/Password Reset Site.

With the implementation of Duo Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) last year, it is no longer possible for TLTC to create local Moodle accounts for faculty/instructors who are waiting on paperwork processing. Please try to activate your Purchase College account credentials at the Online Account Activation/Password Reset Site as soon as possible.

Please note that the Moodle Basics Virtual Drop-In Sessions are staffed by one person, is first come, first served, and is focused on basic questions pertaining to the Moodle learning management system in order to help as many instructors as possible. Please expect interactions to be capped at about 15 minutes. If you have more in-depth questions, please contact us at TLTC@purchase.edu to book a separate consultation.
