We offer on-campus housing to full time, matriculated students. All residents must attend class and be enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester.
First year students will be assigned on a first come, first served basis as determined by the date that all of the following has been received by the college:
- the Enrollment Deposit (ED)($150)
- the Housing Deposit ($250) and
- the electronic Residence License Agreement (RLA)
- the Housing Application
Assignments will be made based on the availability of spaces on campus. We cannot guarantee any student their preferred housing type, but we will do our best to accommodate these preferences. Once your enrollment deposit, housing deposit, RLA, and housing application (with completed housing preference questions) have been received, you will receive a Housing Assignment Notification Email. Priority will be given to those that deposit and complete this process by December 15, 2021 for new students.

Incoming freshmen students should be registered for 12 or more credits by January 7th, 2022. Freshmen who do not meet this registration deadline and have a housing assignment will have their housing removed and the $250 housing deposit forfeited.

Housing Deposit Deadline
In order to receive priority access for a housing assignment for the spring 2022 semester, freshmen and transfer students must pay their housing deposit by December 15th, 2021
Residents will be considered as a no show if they do not report to on campus housing and/or contact the Office of Community Engagement by January 28th, 2022. A no show will incur a penalty fee of $250 in addition to forfeiting the housing deposit.
