New Students
We offer on-campus housing to full time, matriculated students. All residents must attend class and be enrolled for a minimum of 12 credit hours each semester.
All new incoming students do not take part in the room selection process. New students will be assigned to housing over the summer and receive assignment information by the middle of July.
The Process
First Year Students
First year students who complete the following items by May 1st will be guaranteed housing in one of our first year residential areas.
- The Enrollment Deposit (ED)($150)
- The Housing Deposit ($250) and
- The electronic Residence License Agreement (RLA)
- The Housing Application
Once your enrollment deposit, housing deposit, RLA, and housing application have been received, you will receive information on MyCollegeRoomie which opens in mid to late May. This application can be used to find and match with other first year students. Assignments will be based on the preferences selected within MyCollegeRoomie. We will make every effort to assign students based on who they request but this is not always possible and cannot be guaranteed.
Transfer Students
Transfer students who complete the following items by June 1st will be guaranteed housing in one of our first year residential areas.
- The Enrollment Deposit (ED)($150)

Transfer students are assigned housing based on their age, current credit level and availability. We will try to ensure transfer students are housed with students of similar age or credit status.
