Madeline Yee ’14

Madeline Yee ’14 is currently working in human resources for the fashion brand Vans, following extensive work for both non-profit and for-profit arts organizations.

Yee’s first job in the arts was managing the Forum Art Space in the Stood.

“I really believed in that little space inside The Stood, great senior exhibitions and group shows passed through those walls, and it is still student-run today!”

Read a Q+A on Art Frankly.

As a student, she earned a Windgate Outstanding Artist Scholarship 2012–2014 and served on the PSGA.

Yee received a Master’s degree in Art Business from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, where she created the Designer’s Toolkit for Students to teach high school students how to apply Design Thinking to curriculum and personal goals. It’s “an idea brought to fruition from the belief that human-centered design can encourage innovation in all ages,” Yee writes.
