Those with an Instructor role in Brightspace can toggle their course view to see how it looks from the student perspective by using the following steps. 

To view your course  as a Student:

• From your Course Navbar, click your Name
• Click on View as PUR - Student (Non-Cascading). Once you select this role, your Brightspace view switches to the Student view.

To switch back to your instructor view:

• click your username and then click X next to Viewing as PUR - Student (Non-Cascading)
