Due to COVID-19, spring and summer 2021 study abroad and study away programs have been suspended across the SUNY system. The good news is that there are many virtual global learning opportunities available across SUNY that don’t require travel and allow students to engage in meaningful cross-cultural communication and collaboration.

The Student and Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) guidance established by the March 9 policy directive and the addendum issued on March 13 are still in effect for the Spring 2021 semester. The latest FAQs from SEVP are from August 2020. They contain information about the impact of COVID-19 on F and M students.
