Lilly Murray ’15

Lilly Murray is a Research Nurse on the team at The Lyme and Tick-Borne Diseases Research Center at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

She has ten years of clinical, behavioral, and neuroimaging research experience in the domains of psychology, public health, and infectious diseases. At the Lyme Center, she is predominantly involved in clinical activities, managing our biorepository, and diagnostic studies of Lyme disease. 

Lilly subsequently completed her Bachelor of Science in nursing at University of Pennsylvania.

During her off hours, Lilly enjoys Muay Thai, hiking, reading, and motorcycling.

At Purchase, Murray worked with Professor Paul Siegel on his groundbreaking phobia research, which resulted in a position as a research assistant under Siegel’s National Institute of Mental Health grant and co-authorship of published papers, including in the prestigious journal The Lancet.
