Self-Directed Help
- FAQs: Browse our Frequently Asked Questions for research tips, troubleshooting, and general information about library services.
- Help Guides & Research Guides: Librarians have created Help Guides and Research by Subject Guides on a variety of topics. The Discovery Search Help Guide is a great way to get started with searching and make the most of your Library Account.
- The Library has special-use rooms for watching movies and studying in a group. Check RoomBook to reserve these spaces.

Students, check Discovery Search to see what course materials are on reserve for your classes. Items on course reserves can be checked out for 3 hours and used inside the Library.

Technology
The SUNY Purchase Library is excited to continue supporting the Taproot Spaces for the Fall and Spring 2026 semesters.
Open to students, faculty, staff, and the community, visitors can use a range of technologies to express their creativity.
This expansive space features podcast studios and high-powered computers, allowing patrons to design, prepare, and print 3D models in our 3D Printing Lab.
Podcast studios can be reserved for usage via RoomBook.
