Upcoming SUNY Webinars: Introduction to D2L’s Brightspace

Space is limited and other introductory sessions are being planned, but this will be your next available opportunity to see D2L Brightspace in action and to ask questions about the platform. This webinar will be recorded and posted to the SUNY DLE (Digital Learning Environment) website.

SUNY’s goal is to develop a common learning environment for students across all of the SUNY campuses, with D2L Brightspace as the foundation, and a suite of related tools and shared resources to promote teaching and learning, and student success. While our campus is under no strict deadline for transitioning to Brightspace, we will be heading in that direction over the next couple of years, with support from SUNY and the project team at D2L.

We look forward to this session and many more to come in the near future as we begin the important phase of planning for a migration from Moodle to D2L Brightspace here at Purchase.
