Work by Jaleel Campbell MFA ’20 On View
The Everson Museum in Syracuse presents the work of Jaleel Campbell MFA ’20 in the exhibition Homecoming, on view through August 1, 2021. It’s the artist’s first solo exhibition, fittingly named as Syracuse is Campbell’s hometown.
The exhibition presents digital illustrations alongside newly created video works, and a series of his “Jalethal” dolls, his creations that stem from personal experiences playing with dolls as a child. Hear Campbell speak about the Jalethal dolls:
