Research indicates* that intergenerational programs provide a multitude of benefits for college students, older adults, and people of any age. We are committed to advancing intergenerational learning through programming and activities on the Purchase College campus.

Purchase College’s intergenerational learning program bridges the gap between generations through a partnership with Broadview, a residential learning community for adults 62 years and older, housed on our college campus.

    Broadview Members are invited to a Story Exchange led by Dr. Ellen Brooks!

    The story exchange is the core methodology of Narrative 4, a non-profit organization that aims to highlight our shared humanity through the sharing of stories. The goal of the story exchange is for you to experience the power of empathy and connection.
