Eliza Evans MFA ’17

Working in Brooklyn, NY.

Eliza Evans has attended residencies at Byrdcliffe and Internationale Sommerakademie für Bildende Kunst Salzburg. Her work has been exhibited in Santa Fe, Austin and New York.

Before turning to art, Evans was economic sociologist with a background in qualitative and quantitative methods, network theory, and technology commercialization.

Evans was the recipient of the President’s Award for Public Art on campus. Read more about her background and her installation Transpire.
