Family Day 2023—Saturday, October 7
Family Day is an exceptional opportunity for parents and families to get to know their student’s friends, experience the campus, and even make some new friends of their own. All parents, guardians, siblings, and extended family of Purchase College students are welcome.
Family Day is a rain or shine event. Guest will be provided with rain locations at check in. Rain locations will be used today.
Registration
Check-in will take place from 9–11am.
Tickets are $25 for the day’s events. (Children under age 10 are free.)
You may pay during check-in, but we only accept credit or debit cards. No cash payments.
Purchase students do not need to register or pay for Family Day.
Dining Options
Brunch will be available from 9am–2pm in the Dining Hall, $12 per person, $6 for children 4-10 years old , all-you-care-to-eat.
Food trucks will be available for lunch on the Great Lawn from 12–5pm. Costs vary.
Fall 2023 Schedule
Family Day happens rain or shine. Alternate rain locations have been identified for the outdoor events. The schedule is subject to change.

Hear from current students about their study abroad experiences. Ask them questions and find out more about our Study Abroad programs

Trip to White Plains on the Campus Loop Shuttle / CCS Bus Stop
Ride the Loop with your students and experience how they get to and from White Plains. Learn about what White Plains has to offer. Space is limited.

Women’s Soccer vs. Medger Evers / Soccer Field
Cheer on the Purchase Panthers as they take on Medger Evers College on the Soccer Field.

Alumni Softball Game/ Softball Field - CANCELLED
Come see softball alumni play against the Women’s Softball Team at the Softball Field.

Fun Fair Festival / Rain Locations
Join us at various locations for an afternoon filled with activities and student performances. You will have the option to participate in as many or as few activities as you’d like. There will be various food trucks and vendors for you to purchase food.

Neuberger Museum of Art
Unfortunately, the Neuberger Museum has closed unexpectedly. Stop by the President Peña’s Meet & Greet right next door in the Humanities Lobby.

The Olde’s Gallery Crawl / Community Center, The Olde
Visit the Olde Apartment Complex to view student artwork along G-Street Apartments! Witness our students’ talents first-hand and vote for your favorite pieces of art. The artist with the most votes will receive a prize!

President Peña’s Meet and Greet + Sweets / Humanities Lobby
Join college leadership to welcome the parents and families of our students. Seasonal desserts and hot chocolate will be served. Come see some student performances including Purchase’s own, Fusion X team.
3:15pm - 4:15
Yoga with a Purchase Alum - Gym
Yoga and Meditation with Mindful Being. Bring your own matt or towel.

Food Pantry
