    Spend time with parents, siblings, extended family members and friends! There is an all-you-can-eat brunch at the Dining Hall, carnival events, pumpkin painting, and many other fun activities through out the day.

    Check out the full schedule of free yoga classes offered by the Harbor Center for Behavioral Health and Wellbeing. Mats, blocks, and blankets are supplied. All you need to bring is comfortable clothes and an open mind.

    Catch a T-shirt at Pancake Madness

    The night before finals begin, each semester, faculty and staff stay on campus a little later than usual (think 11:00 pm) to serve breakfast to hungry, cramming, stressed-out students. Take a break and get your mind off finals for a bit! Oh, and don’t miss the t-shirt toss, these student-designed shirts are a keepsake you won’t want to pass up.

    Perform at the Cover Show

    Do you love karaoke? Have you ever wanted to perform live on stage as your favorite singer? Imagine being on a full stage with music, lights, dancers, and fans screaming your name. If this appeals to you, join Purchase’s annual Cover Show. Of course you don’t have to perform. Lots of students show up to hang out, see their friends perform, and most importantly, dance!

    There are many reasons to join a club and get involved, whether social, extra curricular, or volunteer. Clubs like Green Team aid in our campus wide sustainability efforts by hosting events that give back to the campus, and further Purchase’s sustainable future.

    Our very own on-campus-Coachella, Culture Shock has some of the area’s best emerging artists in diverse musical genres perform. Then, there’s tons of food, carnival rides, games, vendors, and activities. Generally attended by more than 2,000 students and guests, it’s the perfect end of year celebration.

    Fall Ball is an extravagant drag competition. Not only do we crown campus winners in the King, Queen, and Quing categories, but we also bring out some of the greatest guest drag performers in the country. Students who compete spend months rehearsing and practicing their routines and looks. It’s a show you’ll never forget!

    Join a Team or Cheer on the Panthers

    Whether they are intercollegiate, club, intramural or recreation, sports are a big part of students’ lives here. But if sports aren’t your thing, go to a Yankee game, pitch a tent under the stars, do yoga at the Wellness Center. Or cheer on one of our teams at our two turf field complexes, swimming pool, rock climbing wall, and other athletic facilities.

    Join a Club at the Student Involvement Fair

    This isn’t the campus where students say “there’s nothing to do here.” On any given day, there are numerous events and activities for students to enjoy—performances, clubs, concerts, exhibitions, games, lectures, film screenings, and more. It’s actually a proven theory that the more you’re involved on campus, the more successful you will be!

    Think The Walking Dead meets Ru Paul’s Drag Race. It’s a huge event that takes place every spring, featuring live music, a DJ, and, of course, students dressed up like zombies. Don’t forget your fake blood and dancing shoes!
