Bernie Manzolillo ’25

Bernie (Bernardo) Manzolillo ’25 is a production assistant for Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, an interactive late-night talk show featuring guests from the worlds of entertainment, politics, and pop culture.

Majoring in Communications with a minor in Film and Video Production, Manzolillo delves into different narratives, including documentary, improvisational, and experimental formats.

His “mockumentary,” The Celline Clarks Show, was presented at the 2025 School of Humanities Symposium, where he also received the 2025 Senior Award for Excellence in the Study of Communications. He is continuing his work on TCCS for a multi-episode web series.

Born and raised in Brazil, Manzolillo moved to the U.S. in 2018 and was president of the International Students Association at Purchase.

In addition to his film projects, Manzolillo has worked in a variety of communications environments—from TV studios at BronxNet (assistant producer) to magazine writing rooms.

Exploring the world through different media, he says, “I’m always seeking to grow as a communicator and storyteller.”
