Aidrian Graber

Aidrian is a History major. He will be presenting his senior project, titled ”From Schmaltz to Success: A Deli-icious Analysis of the History and Evolution of Ashkenazi Jewish Cuisine.” His project is an in-depth analytical exploration of the origins of Ashkenazi Jewish cuisine and its unique flavor profiles; the eventual immigration to America during the 18th and 19th centuries; and the eventual rise of appetizing stores, delicatessens, and assimilation into the modern era.
