Marcia Gerardino

Marcia Gerardino is a History major and a Gender Studies minor. She will be presenting her senior project, “Sonia Sotomayor, United States Supreme Court Justice: Her Story.” In her paper, Marcia seeks to answer the question: is education the great equalizer? How does a woman of a humble background became the first Latina nominated and appointed to the United States Supreme Court? Her life story is captivating and inspiring.
