Hope Chookazian

Hope is a Journalism and Psychology major. She will present her senior project, “More Than Stigma; Suicide Survivors Refuse To Be Silenced.” Her project explores how stigma surrounding suicide and mental health impacts those who live with suicidal ideation or have attempted. The goal is to bring the conversation back to those with lived experience, not just to fight the stigma but to show the raw reality of many that often gets swept under the rug.
