Kathryn Collins ’98

Kathryn C. Collins is a partner at the prominent Hudson Valley, NY law firm Feldman, Kleidman, Collins & Sappe LLP (FKC&S). FKC&S is the only litigation firm between Albany and Westchester to be designated as a “Best Law Firm” by U.S. News & World Report since its First Edition in 2010.

Collins is a medical malpractice and personal injury attorney focusing on medical malpractice litigation, professional liability litigation, and general liability litigation.

She has extensive experience in the defense and counseling of physicians, dentists, podiatrists, mental health providers, hospitals, and nursing homes. Her work as a liability lawyer has also involved representing attorneys and others in professional malpractice claims.

Collins graduated cum laude before receiving a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in 2001.

She is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the U.S. District Court, Southern, Northern and Eastern District of New York, the U.S. Court of Appeals, Second Circuit and the United States Supreme Court. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association, as well as the American Bar Association.
