Alicia Garbutt ’25

Alicia Garbutt is a Playwriting and Screenwriting major. Alicia was born and raised in Harlem, and got into writing late, becoming fully committed to it during junior year of high school—but deep down, the passion was always there. Alicia loved writing poems and short stories in school, especially ones that made peers laugh. Alicia wants to continue on that path and write new stories that speak to and entertain people, whether that be on paper or on screen.
