Pamela Grigas

I am a psychology major  interested in understanding the racial and ethnic minority experience. As a MARC U*STAR scholar, I am conducting research examining the experience of second generation Latino immigrants with Dr. Krystal Perkins. We will be presenting our work at the 2017 meeting of the Society for the Psychological Study of Social Issues in New Mexico. I am currently a teaching assistant for Introduction to Psychology. After completing my bachelor’s degree I plan to complete a Ph.D. in social psychology investigating minority stress and  identity formation
