PAC & Music HVAC Upgrades Study
A study to look at humidity and ventilation issues in both buildings and development of both short-term and long-term solutions.

Our design firm, Lizardos Engineering Associates, has issued their study to the Campus. We are looking at possible options for implementation projects.
Project Overview
The existing building HVAC mechanical systems in both the Performing Arts Center and Music building have exceeded their useful life expectancy. We are seeing increase in moisture projects in the buildings, and increased mechanical with the various components in each building’s systems.
This study will determine the causes for these problems and help us develop projects to address the issues on both a short-term and long-term basis.
