backstory: Student Voices

Even though we’re closed, we are still working with students by providing internship opportunities right now, mostly virtually. One of those amazing interns is Gabrielle Bohrman, a senior Arts Management and Journalism double major at Purchase College.

Gabrielle really gets what it means to avail yourself of opportunities while you are young and has already held a variety of roles in communications, artist management, and arts in education, both on and off campus including at the College’s Performing Art Center. This semester at the NEU, she’s serving as our Communications Intern, helping out with several projects while also blogging about the museum from a student perspective.
