Rehab. of Museum’s Southwest Courtyard

Addressing an ongoing leak into the Museum’s lower level.

Project Scope

The Neuberger Museum of Art’s southwest exterior brick courtyard had suffered from a number of leaks from the courtyard’s two drains, and another drain located in a planter along the courtyard’s west wall.  These leaks were impacting the Museum’s spaces below, introducing moisture and causing deterioration.

Investigation of the drains showed they were improperly installed, and that corrective action was needed to address the issue.
