Dormitories: Quad Rehabilitation Project
Project Overview
The ‘Quad” as it is referred to is, the courtyard located on the inside of the u-shaped residence hall (Big Haus, Crossroads, and Farside) and between the Outback residence hall located to the south. The campus’ Main Dining Hall also resides here. The courtyard is in a state of disrepair, with the majority of its sidewalks and pathways in a deteriorated and unsafe condition. Site drainage is a constant issue and overall site lighting is poor, adding to safety issues at night. This project will correct these issues, provide new accessible pathways between the residence halls and the Main Dining Hall, and create a safe environment for our students to enjoy and interact.
This project will correct these issues and removal all accessible barriers between the buildings and the Main Dining Hall.
