Heritage Site Program Study

Program and space analysis of the existing usage of the buildings as well as proposing alternate modifications options to the buildings.

Project Overview

The Heritage Site is composed of five buildings; Admissions, Human Resources, Business Annex, Administration Annex, and the Gate House. These buildings are part of the original wood-structured buildings, including the colonial style Admissions building which sat on Strathglass Farm owned by the Chisholm family. They are the remaining original buildings after the farm was converted to a college university.

The project will include a program and space analysis of the existing usage of the buildings as well as proposing alternate modifications options to the buildings. Existing conditions surveying will look at the existing structural and mechanical sate of all five buildings, along with preliminary budgeting for upgrades.
