Friends of the Library

“Friends of the Library” is a group of individuals dedicated to supporting the mission of the SUNY Purchase  College Library, which is to support the teaching, learning, and research of the college’s faculty, students, and outreach community.

Note: The Friends of the Library group is suspended until a new library director is hired.

Note: Friends of the Library are not eligible to place Interlibrary Loan requests through Purchase. Please use your local public library’s Interlibrary Loan service to request items that are not owned by SUNY Purchase. 

Membership periods are for one year.

Memberships will support the purchase of books, audiovisual materials, music scores, and other acquisitions for the Library’s collection.

Memberships are tax deductible, to the extent provided by law.
