Need an Appointment for Medical Care?

Medical care is offered during the Fall and Spring academic semesters between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Medical visits are by appointment only.

  • Please call (914) 251-7925 to schedule an appointment.
    • At this time appointments can not be scheduled via the patient portal.
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. 
  • A face covering must be worn at all times if you have symptoms of respiratory or GI illness. We request that you do a rapid COVID test prior to your appointment.  If you have a positive COVID test, please call health services at 914-251-6380
  • Call (914) 251-6911 in case of an emergency.

Sick Notes

Health Services does NOT provide sick notes. All professors and instructors are aware of this policy. If you would like documentation that you were seen at Health Services, you can log onto the patient portal and print a walk-out-statement.

Health Services advises students to communicate directly with professors if they are not feeling well enough to attend class.

Please include your Last Name, First Name, Date of Birth, and School ID (if known) and specific records requested.

We retain records for seven years from the time you enrolled in Purchase College or seven years from the last time you were seen in Health Services
