Health Services

Prescriptions and Pharmacies

Student Health Services wants to ensure that you obtain your necessary medications to stay healthy while at Purchase College.

Prescriptions can be obtained by several methods:

  • Prescribed by a Student Health Services provider and dispensed from the in-house pharmacy. The prescription cost will be billed to the student account. Medication prices vary, so please ask your provider.
  • Prescriptions can be sent to Trotta’s, a local off-campus pharmacy, and can be delivered directly to Health Services.
  • Prescriptions can be sent to other local off-campus pharmacy for the patient to pick up. Several pharmacies are accessible via the loop buses from campus. White Plains and Port Chester Loop schedules can be found on the Purchase Parking and Transportation webpage.

For delivery to Student Health Services free of charge

Prescriptions written by both Health Services and other off-campus providers can be delivered directly to the Student Health Services from Trotta’s pharmacy.
