Siobhan Cole ’05

Siobhan Cole ’05 is a litigation attorney and partner at Holland & Knight’s Philadelphia Litigation Practice Group.

Cole was previously a partner with White & Williams LLP, where she served as practice group chair of the firm’s commercial litigation group.

Cole handles complex commercial cases across numerous areas of law, including unfair competition under state and federal law, professional liability, indemnification, and business torts and contract disputes.

She also handles defense of consumer class actions, including matters related to food labeling and advertising, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and the Pennsylvania Minimum Wage Act.

Cole has been a member of multiple trial teams in state and federal courts in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Delaware, with additional extensive experience in state and federal appellate courts.

In the community, Cole is an active member of the Homeless Advocacy Project, Philadelphia Bar Association, and German American Chamber of Commerce.

Cole received a JD degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
