Rose Rodriguez

Rose is an English and Global Literatures major. She will be presenting her senior project, “The Language of Loneliness.” In her project, she explores loneliness as an experience, and its troubled relationship with communication, through various disciplinary lenses. The project centers around Marilynne Robinson’s Housekeeping, engaging closely with the novel alongside some of Robinson’s contemplative autobiographical essays on theology and on being alone.
