Desirae Smith

Desirae is a Communications major. She will be presenting her project titled, “In Living Memory.” The piece is about her uncle Juan Carlos Colon, Jr. who passed away in the Happy Land Fire on March 25, 1990. The heartfelt piece explores the journey of Desirae learning about the fire that occurred and the uncle she never got to meet.
