Reneé Medina

Reneé Medina is a Journalism major. She will present her senior project, “From Subconscious to Subpar: Athletes’ Struggles with Anxiety.” As she has experienced sports anxiety, she wanted to center her senior project on something she felt strongly about. As athletes are continuously feeling pressure to succeed and to perform well, Reneé decided to speak with those athletes who know what it is like to have their thoughts take control of their athletic performance.
