More About Me
Gabriella Velazquez is the Assistant Director of the Office of Disability Resources at Purchase College. In her role, Gabriella works closely with students, faculty, and staff to ensure accessibility and a welcoming environment for all students in our community. She also leads and participates in initiatives aimed at promoting inclusion and the amplification of neurodivergent voices. Gabriella is the current faculty advisor for Purchase College’s Neurodiversity Visibility Club.
Previously, Gabriella worked as a Learning Specialist with Cornerstone Connect, where she provided personalized executive functioning coaching to students. Gabriella is passionate about empowering students to build self-advocacy, self-determination, and the essential skills they need to thrive both in college and beyond.
Outside of work, Gabriella enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, attending concerts, and experimenting with new coffee recipes.
