Tina Pizzuti

Tina Pizzuti is a Literature and Sociology major. She will be presenting her senior project titled, “The Passion of Christ: Stigmata and Mysticism Across Time and Gender.” In this project Tina explores the phenomenon of stigmata - the appearance of bodily wounds that correspond with the crucifixion wounds of Jesus Christ. Her fascination led Tina to visit Italy to interview people who knew Italian mystic Natuzza Evolo. Tina is most curious about the impact stigmata has on people.
