Purchase Scholarship

International Study Assistance Scholarship (ISAS)

• Available for Winter & Summer Purchase Faculty-Led Programs
• Need-based scholarship
• Awards range from $200 to $1,200
• As part of your program application, you will be asked if you would like to apply for a Purchase scholarship. If you choose ‘yes’ you will be taken through the scholarship application process steps. If you choose ‘no’ you will not be asked to fill out the scholarship application.

All scholarship awardees are required to complete two volunteer opportunities with the Office for Global Education before they graduate, choosing from the following options:

• Write a letter of thanks to the donors who fund the Study Assistance Scholarship. This should be at least three paragraphs about yourself, your program, and why you appreciate this gift. For this option, you need to submit prior to your program departure.
• Provide a minimum of three photos of your program with a paragraph of contextual information on each while your program is taking place. Please note: these may be posted publicly on the OGE website and/or social media platforms.
• Attend a Study Abroad Fair, an Information Session/Tabling event or a class to share your overseas experience to help recruit future participants to your program following your return.
