Christopher Feliciano Arnold

Chris Feliciano Arnold is the author of The Third Bank of the River: Power and Survival in the Twenty-First Century Amazon, published by Picador in 2018. His essays and reportage have appeared in, among other places, The Atlantic, Harper’s, Foreign Policy, Sports Illustrated, the Washington Post, and the New York Times. He has received a creative writing fellowship from the National Endowment for the Arts and has published fiction in Playboy, The Kenyon Review, Ecotone, and other places. His work has also appeared in The Best American Sports Writing and The Best American Short Stories. He lives and teaches writing in the San Francisco Bay Area.
