Atlanta McIlwraith

Atlanta McIlwraith is the senior manager of community engagement and communication at Timberland. She leads strategic values partnerships, the company’s award-winning Path of Service™ employee volunteer program, community investments, disaster response and the Global Stewards program to ensure the company’s service and corporate social responsibility (CSR) agendas play out with consistency and impact worldwide.

Mcllwraith also works in partnership with the global and regional marketing teams to share Timberland’s values messages with customers and consumers. Prior joining Timberland, Atlanta’s professional roles included political and community organizing, public affairs, program management for an international NGO, grant writing, and more.
