Lecturer in Art+Design
Martha Tuttle, a multidisciplinary artist born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, has shown her work throughout the U.S. and abroad. Her recent and upcoming solo and two-person exhibitions include Like Water I have No Skin at Radical Abacus in Santa Fe; Still Becoming at the Rhona Hoffman Gallery; Nesticulations at In Limbo, Brooklyn; and Metaxu at the Tilton Gallery in New York City. She has been an artist in residence at A-Z West (Joshua Tree, Calif.) and the Ucross Foundation in Wyoming, and has received several fellowships, including a travel fellowship from the Josef Albers Foundation and a research fellowship at the Beinecke Rare Books and Manuscripts.
Tuttle earned her MFA in the painting and printmaking department at Yale in 2015 and her BA at Bard College in 2011.
