About two weeks ago my eldest son got tickets on TDF for us to go see… yup… Kimberly Akimbo. There in the Booth Theater (named after the famous actor Edwin as opposed to his infamous brother John), the story was so simple and yet complex. Victoria Clark… amazing… very deserving of lead actress. But I was most impressed with the young people in the cast, particularly one who was on as an understudy. So much talent at such a young age. I was so glad to see the show win best musical. Go see it if you can find tickets.
