Roof Rehabilitation at the Library
Addressing ongoing leaks and other problems, while also making the building more energy efficient.
Project Overview
The existing single-ply EPDM roofing system on our Library flat roof areas had reached the end of its useful life expectancy and suffered from numerous leaks and deterioration. This compromises the integrity of the roofing system and lead to interior damage and moisture infiltration into the building.
The project addressed the leaks and stop any further interior damages and deterioration into the building. The existing central skylight was re-design and replaced. The new roofing system also increases the energy efficiency of the building, leading to saving in energy costs.
