backstory: Change at the top
Today feels very hopeful to me, at a time when feeling hopefully feels really needed.
Regardless of your political leanings, the message of unity heard by the new president this morning is a message that is needed by most if not all of us right now. And, wow, that youth poet laureate—that was amazing and definitely represented a hopeful future, at least for me.
