backstory: Contributing to the Field

The Neuberger staff is amazing and I’m always excited when one of them makes a meaningful and public contribution to their particular area within the field of museum work.

Our Chief Preparator and Director of Facilities, David Bogosian, recently published a piece for PACCIN (Preparation, Art handling, and Collections Care Information Network), which is “dedicated to building a network of individuals interested in sharing the practical information and essential resources that help hands-on collections care professionals to better protect and preserve the cultural property in their care.”  In the article he talks about the intricacies of installing our 4th Roy R. Neuberger Prize recipient Leandro Ehrlich’s Port of Reflections.  You can read the article here.
